You might think there would be a separate set of problems that beset a house seller. In many ways, as with house buying, stress comes into it in a big way. At what stage do you consider selling your house? When you want to move to something smaller/bigger; when you have finished the alterations; when the alterations are getting to much for you; when you can’t stand the neighbours anymore; you’ve found another property you prefer; you are directed to another property which is preferred? As you can see there are a myriad reasons for leaving the present nest and flying off to another. If you want to add another – there is always divorce, and this whole process is often the cause of one.
