Moving Towards a Greener Home
Green real estate is about a lot of things, with energy efficiency, sustainability and cost savings all important considerations. As a popular measure of how green a property is, the amount of carbon emissions associated with the property is often used, although much of the emissions more properly relate to how a property is lived in. By changing both the way you live as well as making certain alterations to a property, the carbon footprint (that is the amount of carbon emissions) can be significantly reduced, with small steps bringing about incremental changes.
