The Forest Stewardship Council is the only certification system that can obtain the certified wood credit for the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED projects. In 2013, green commercial and industrial new constructions will jump to 25 percent and 20 percent for green residential new construction from 2 percent in 2005.
