Cornwall’s first ‘eco community’ has been developed by Percy Williams and Sons who have worked closely with the Government’s Low Carbon Buildings Programme to bring this innovative design to Hayle. Using a variety of cutting edge technology they have created housing that will provide free electricity to residents and contribute to the national grid.
