  2. Capable of listening to the needs of the buyer/seller and delivering on those needs.
  3. Owns a website that is continuously update to reflect changes in the market.
  4. Has extensive experience with a license that is in good standing with little or no complaints/ investigations.
  5. Goes the extra mile to research and obtain information for buyers and sellers
  6. Has access to more than one MLS to increase selling opportunities to qualified buyers (or to find the home that meets a buyer’s criteria)
  7. Has a national presence in the real estate market
